$99 Purchase – 100% Refund
If a customer makes a purchase of USD 99, they are eligible for a 100% refund of the paid amount, subject to verification and policy compliance.
No deduction will be applied on eligible $99 purchases.
$100 & Above Purchase – Partial Refund
For purchases of USD 100 or more, the refund policy is as follows:
30% of the total amount will be deducted as processing, service, and administrative charges.
60% of the total payment will be refunded to the customer.
